Bin hire ranges from 1 day up to 7 days, we’ll discuss the length of hire when you make a booking to accommodate your needs.  If you need to make any changes as long as we have 24 hours’ notice, we can collect earlier or extend as required.  Longer periods of hire may incur extra weekly hire fees.

Absolutely NO Asbestos, hazardous waste or liquids including paint, oils are to be placed in the bin. This is due to regulations enforced by the Environmental Protection Agency. Penalties will apply if any of these are found in your bin. There are extra charges for disposal of mattresses, e-waste (tv’s printers etc), tyres and gas bottles.

We recommend booking at least 24hrs in advance, however, in busier periods around public holidays or the end of the year we suggest allowing at least 3-4 days’ notice.  We can often offer same-day delivery provided you ring early enough in the day. 

Only fill the bin to the top of the rim.  Any unsafe loads will not be picked up until the waste is appropriately loaded, which includes our drivers removing excess waste before taking the bin away from the site.

We collect payment on delivery for all casual hire customers. You can pay cash to the driver or call our office for credit card payment and electronic funds transfer.  Bins will not be removed from the site until payment has been made in full.
